Identification and Qualification

• Evaluation of project's carbon potential (estimation of potential emission reductions due to project implementation)
• Development of baseline methodologies, as well as calculation tools and simulation models for evaluation of projected/expected and actual GHG emission reductions due to project implementation
• Preparation of project design documents (PDD) to demonstrate project carbon potential and project compliance with established requirements and criteria
• Organisation of independent project review (validation/determination) by an accredited independent entity
• Elaboration and submission of a project approval application to the authorized national and international bodies

Implementation and Monitoring

• Development of project monitoring plan, instrumentation layout, system of reporting data collection, storage and processing
• Monitoring of actual GHG reductions achieved by the project, preparation of annual monitoring reports
• Organisation of independent review (verification) of monitoring reports by an accredited independent entity
• Elaboration and submission of documents to authorized national and international bodies for project results validation (actual GHG emission reductions) and issue of carbon units (CERs/ERUs)

Monetization

• Promotion of project in the international carbon market
• Presentation of project to potential carbon buyers
• Arranging tenders (competitive bidding) among potential carbon buyers
• Preparation and execution of transactions with carbon buyers
• Ensuring transfer of carbon units to the buyers in accordance with contract terms and conditions
